- Bachelor's degree
or equivalent with mandatory 1+ year(s) experience in a commercial real
estate position, preferably focused on industrial leasing and/or
redevelopment analysis
- Understanding of
Cash Flow Analysis (Discount rate, IRR, NPV) and Commercial Leases a plus
- Strong
interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
- Decision-making
capability with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies,
and business practices to achieve general results and client-drive
expectations and deadlines
- Excellent written
and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage
multiple projects and deal with multiple brokers at any given time under
minimal supervision
- High level of
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Creative problem
solving abilities and always working towards efficiency
- Organized and team
oriented
