2 shiitake mushrooms (30g)

[Directions]
*Anchovy broth
1. Cut radish into 1-cm squares and prepare 1/2 onion uncut.
2. Add water, anchovy powder, radish, onion, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, anchovy dashida, and kelp in a pot and bring to boil.
3. Infuse minced garlic in the broth using a strainer or put minced garlic and broth in a separate bowl and mix.
4. When the broth boils, reduce heat and simmer until the radish is cooked.
5. Once the radish is cooked, put dried skipjack on a sieve and diffuse.
6. Add the garlic-infused broth and boil.
*Fish cake hot pot
1. Cut flower cuts into shiitake mushrooms and cut king oyster mushroom into quarters.
2. Cut red pepper, green chili pepper, Cheongyang pepper, and green onion diagonally into big pieces.
3. Put rice cake stick and square fish cake into on skewers.
4. Cut assorted fish cakes into a bite size or put on skewers.
5. In a hot pot, put skewered fish cakes around and cut fish cakes in the middle.
6. Put quail egg, king oyster mushroom, green onion, red pepper, and Cheongyang pepper around the pot.
7. Take the radish and kelp used for making the broth and put them in the hot pot.
8. Put shiitake mushrooms in the middle, pour in the broth, sprinkle pepper, and bring to boil.
9. Once the fish cake is cooked, finish with crown daisy on top.
*Sauce
1. Chop the green onion and Cheongyang pepper thinly.
2. Mix dark soy sauce, water, and light mustard in a bowl and add the chopped green onion and Cheongyang pepper.
